Water is a critically important (yet commonly overlooked) component in beer. Utilizing Reverse Osmosis, we purify our water creating a blank slate, then rebuild the mineral composition to optimize any characteristic we wish to showcase in our beer. Instead of playing the hand we were dealt, we stack the deck in regards to water.
For our historical Old World titles, we replicate water profiles from around the world. Our outdoor patio doubles the available seating to enjoy your beverage and company (or in silence as is my usual preference) while overlooking our hop yard and the historic grounds that are the birthplace of Harvey S. Firestone. The building we occupy, built by Harvey in 1936, housed farming equipment and processed potatoes that fed all of Ohio. You are sitting among American history when you visit. The equipment and structures around you date as far back as 1804.
The interior woodwork on the ceiling and walls are original. Expect a harsh, unforgiving, industrial, utilitarian vibe fitting for the building's intended use. The music backdrop is also harsh and uncensored after 8pm. The soundrack includes the likes Tool, Wu-Tang,
Drive-thru
While we invite and encourage you to stay, if you can't or understandably don't want human interaction that day, we offer drive thru service. Signs and a dedicated lane will lead along the west side of the building where you can purchase growlers to go without leaving your vehicle.

Columbiana graduate and professional agronomist, Devin Rice tends to our hop yard. Currently, Devin and Ill Will Brewing cultivates Cascade, Cashmere, Chinook, and Nugget varietals. Every September, you can enjoy titles featuring fresh Columbiana hops grown just feet from our front door.
